Privacy Policy
Effective June 20, 2026
Cadence Helm LLC (“Cadence Helm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a New Jersey limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit cadencehelm.com or submit our application form, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain on purpose.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the application form, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message field. We only ask for what we need to respond to your inquiry.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. This is used to operate and secure the site.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on these pages. If we add basic, privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
How we use your information
- To evaluate your application and determine whether Cadence Helm is a fit for your business.
- To contact you about your inquiry and, if relevant, to discuss working together.
- To operate, maintain, and secure the website.
- To comply with our legal and tax obligations.
We will not use the information you submit here to send you unrelated marketing.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these limited cases:
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting and our customer-relationship platform. They are permitted to use the information only to provide those services to us.
- Legal requirements, when we are required to respond to a lawful request or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfer, if Cadence Helm is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in how your information is handled.
How long we keep it
We keep application information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our reasonable business and legal records. When it is no longer needed, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your information seriously and limit access to it.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. California residents (under the CCPA/CPRA) also have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccuracies, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at nick@cadencehelm.com and we will respond within the time the law requires.
Children
This site and our services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be made clear.
